Not my area usually - I'm more ley lines and EVP than cryptids - but I have been following the Great Lakes cluster with interest. The pattern is what catches me. When sightings bunch up geographically like that over a short period it tends to suggest either a genuine territorial animal moving through, or some kind of environmental stressor pushing it into new areas.
What strikes me is that dogman reports from that region often come alongside other high strangeness, missing time, equipment failure, that sort of thing. Makes me wonder if we're dealing with something that isn't purely a flesh and blood creature.
Has anyone cross-referenced the sighting coordinates against known ley line convergence points in the region? I know that sounds left field for a cryptid discussion but I've found those intersections keep cropping up in poltergeist cases too, so its worth asking. Would be curious what the map looks like if someone plotted it properly.
