Bit outside my usual UFO lane but this actually caught my attention cos there's an old disused rail line not far from where I live in Dorset and a mate of mine swears he saw something massive and upright near it last autumn. Never thought to connect it to other sightings before.
Wondering if its just a case of rail lines cutting through remote woodland that people wouldn't normally go near, so you'd naturally get more weird encounters along them? Like the tracks create a path through habitat that'd otherwise be basically inaccessible.
Or there's something weirder going on with the locations themselves. Old infrastructure, disturbed ground, whatever.
Anyone got specific locations they can share? Even rough areas would be interesting, be good to see if there's a pattern geographically.
