Never really followed Dogman stuff but this caught my eye because I did fall down a rabbit hole about railroad history last year and apparently a lot of old lines were built through areas that locals already considered cursed or off-limits. Like they just bulldozed right through places people actively avoided for generations. So if Dogman is a real creature or entity or whatever it is, maybe its territory got disrupted and now its showing up more frequently along those corridors?
Could also just be survivorship bias though - more people walk old railroad trails now because they get converted into hiking paths, so of course theres more sightings near them.
Anyone actually mapped this out properly? Would be interesting to see if the sightings cluster around specific types of rail lines or regions.
