Been following the Great Lakes stuff from over here in the UK and yeah the uptick is noticeable even from just monitoring the reports boards. What strikes me is how consistent the descriptions are - upright, wolf-like, around 7 foot, usually near water. That last bit is interesting. A lot of ancient site traditions link liminal spaces like shorelines to... something. Not sure what exactly.
Not saying its a dogman specifically. Could be misidentification, could be something else entirely. But the clustering along that particular geography feels like its worth paying attention to rather than just dismissing.
Anyone keeping a proper map of the sighting locations? Would be curious whether they line up with any geological features or old indigenous sacred sites. Thats the kind of pattern that usually gets ignored in favour of the dramatic witness accounts.
