Never been to Ohio myself, being over in Warwickshire, but I've read a fair bit about abandoned sanatoriums as a category of location and they do seem to generate a lot of reports. The pattern with places like this tends to be the same - shadow figures in corridors, sounds of footsteps, that sort of thing. Makes you wonder how much is genuine and how much is expectation doing the heavy lifting.
That said I'm curious what people have actually experienced there specifically. Not just the usual creepy atmosphere stuff but anything that actually made you stop and think. Any accounts of time feeling off or disorientation? I've seen a few reports from similar buildings where people describe something closer to a time slip than a standard haunting and I find that angle more interesting personally.
