Has anyone else been tracking those weird tracks showing up near the Ozark rivers lately?

Not really my usual territory - I tend to stay in my lane with BEK reports and psychic phenomena - but I've been following the Ozark stuff with genuine interest because the track morphology descriptions keep coming up in ways that don't fit any known regional fauna. The toe spread on some of those prints is what gets me.

Has anyone done proper plaster casts yet or is it all just photographs? Because photographs are nearly useless for serious analysis without scale references that were placed correctly at the time of shooting, and half the images I've seen circulating look like they were taken by someone in a hurry.

If anybody near the White River or the Current River areas has firsthand access I'd really like to hear what the substrate conditions were like when the tracks were found. Wet clay versus dry soil changes things considerably and people rarely document that properly.
