Has anyone else been seeing large black cats in the rural parts of Ohio lately?

Interesting you're bringing this up now because I've been getting reports from a couple of contacts over in the Kanawha Valley area of WV and they're describing basically the same thing - large, dark, low-slung cats moving along field edges at dusk. Not bobcats, people here know what bobcats look like.

The question I keep coming back to is whether these sightings cluster along any particular geographic features. Are the Ohio reports near river corridors, old rail lines, anything like that? I've been mapping some of the WV sightings against known ley line data and theres a possible correlation I cant quite dismiss yet.

Also worth asking - what time of day are people seeing these? And are there any associated phenomena, unusual sounds beforehand, that kind of thing? Some of the more credible big cat encounter accounts I've read mention a strange stillness before the animal appears, like the normal background wildlife noise just cuts out.

Would love to see if anyone has actual coordinates or even rough township locations they'd be willing to share.
