I'm posting this anonymously because I work in a professional capacity where this sort of thing would absolutely destroy my credibility. But I need to record this somewhere serious people might engage with it honestly.

On October 14th, I was alone in a cottage near Loch Morar doing some solo hiking. Around midnight I couldn't sleep - felt restless, almost compelled to go outside. There was no moon but the sky was phenomenally clear, and I saw lights moving in patterns that weren't aircraft. Too angular, too intelligent in their movement.

The next thing I remember clearly is standing about 100 metres from the cottage with no memory of how I got there. Two hours had passed. I have no injuries or marks, but I have a very clear implant-like sensation behind my left ear, and I've been experiencing unusual electromagnetic sensitivity since - my mobile plays up near me, lights flicker.

I'm not traumatised exactly, but I'm aware something happened to me that I can't explain. I've done preliminary medical tests and there's nothing obvious, but the electromagnetic sensitivity is measurable and real.

Missing time + electromagnetic sensitivity + unexplained mark = pretty classic abduction scenario. Have you had an MRI or X-ray to check for implants? Some people report being able to feel them but they don't always show up on standard imaging. You might need something more sophisticated.

I'm sorry but I have to ask the skeptical questions: Could you have sleepwalked? Could the electromagnetic sensitivity be pre-existing and just now noticeable? Loch Morar is also associated with monster legends - could your mind have created a narrative around a natural experience?

This is remarkably similar to the Rendlesham Forest incident, just without the obvious craft sighting. The electromagnetic effects afterwards are interesting - several documented abductees report the same thing. Have you reached out to any abduction researchers? There are some in the UK who work confidentially.

Don't want to alarm you but if you're experiencing genuine electromagnetic interference with electronics, get yourself tested for environmental exposure to unusual fields. Not saying aliens - could be something industrial or geological. Worth ruling out before jumping to extraterrestrial conclusions.

Please consider hypnosis or regression therapy to recover the missing time. You might have blocked memories of what happened. There are practitioners who specialise in alien contact cases. DM me if you want recommendations.
