Did anyone else see the shadow figure in the hallway at the Stanley Hotel last week?

Blimey, I wasn't at the Stanley but this is giving me serious chills reading it! Shadow figures in hotel corridors are honestly some of the most documented phenomena going - there's something about long, narrow hallways that seems to concentrate whatever energy is lurking there.

I had a similar experience last year at a Victorian manor house outside Birmingham. Caught what looked like a tall, thin figure on my Canon EOS R at the end of a corridor - no flash, natural ambient light. The shape was there in one frame and completely gone in the next. Still haven't fully explained it away.

A few things worth considering from your experience:

Was the shadow moving against the light source, or independent of it? That's usually the tell for me, Did anyone else in the group feel a temperature drop beforehand? Shadow figures often (not always) come with that, What floor were you on? The Stanley's fourth floor has the wildest reputation

I'm dead jealous you were there, by the way. The Stanley has been on my list for years - the Shining connection alone makes it feel legendary. Would love to get my Rexing dash cam and a proper full-spectrum camera set up in one of those rooms overnight someday.

Did you manage to capture anything on camera or audio? Even an EVP session recording would be brilliant to hear. Anyone else been to the Stanley and had encounters worth sharing?
