Wasn't at Waverly Hills personally - bit far from Glasgow for a weekend trip - but I've been following the reports coming out of that place for years and the shadow figure sightings in the 4th floor corridor are remarkably consistent. That consistency is actually what makes it compelling rather than dismissible.
What I want to know from anyone who was there: did you capture any simultaneous EMF readings when the visual occurred? Shadow figure encounters that I've documented locally tend to correlate with localised magnetic field spikes in the 2–4 mG range. I run a TriField TF2 alongside a full-spectrum camera during most investigations and the correlation is difficult to ignore once you've seen it enough times.
Also worth asking - what was the ambient light situation? Waverly does get a lot of tour groups through and pareidolia becomes a genuine confounding variable when you've got torches sweeping around corners. Not saying that's what happened, just that it needs ruling out before the data means anything.
If anyone has raw footage rather than processed clips I'd genuinely be interested in reviewing it. Too many shadow figure videos online have had contrast and brightness adjusted to the point where you can't assess the original conditions properly.
Anyone else tracking the long-term pattern of sightings there? There's something worth building a proper incident map from if enough people are logging coordinates and timestamps consistently.
