Never been to the Hargrove Mill myself but this thread caught my eye because shadow figures near old industrial sites is something I've been reading a lot about lately. There's a few locations on Dartmoor with similar reports, abandoned engine houses mostly, and the descriptions people give are almost always the same - tall, no features, just stands there watching you.
What I want to know is did it move at all or just stay static? That detail seems to matter a lot from what I've read. The static ones get reported far more often near old mill and mining sites specifically, which makes you wonder if there's something about those locations rather than a straightforward haunting.
Did anyone go back more than once? Would be good to know if it showed up consistently or just the once.
