Right so I wasn't going to post about this but after seeing this thread I had to say something. I drove past that place about three weeks ago, late evening, and there was definitely something in the upstairs window. Tall, dark, no real shape to it - just a mass standing there. Gone within a second or two.
Thing is I'm always the first to look for a rational explanation. Trick of the light, reflection off a passing car, whatever. But there were no other cars on the road at that point and the house has been empty for years hasn't it?
Has anyone actually been inside or spoken to anyone who knows the history of teh building? That's usually where you start finding the interesting stuff. Would love to know if there's been previous reports from that location or if this is a more recent thing.
