Saw this yesterday and honestly it's one of the more credible ones I've come across in a while. The guy isn't selling anything, no book deal, no documentary in the works, just a bloke trying to make sense of what's happening on his own land. That detail about the cattle behaving strangely before each visit is the bit that got me - we see that pattern crop up again and again in documented cases and ranchers aren't exactly known for making things up when their livelihood depends on people taking them seriously.
Three times in one year though. That's unusual even by repeat contact standards. Most cases I've looked into closely tend to cluster and then go quiet for years.
Anyone got a link to the original report? I've only seen the secondhand writeup doing the rounds on social media and those things always leave out the details that actually matter. Would love to see if there's any physical evidence mentioned, ground markings, interference with equipment, that sort of thing.
