Just saw this and it sent a chill right down me. Three hours is significant, that's not just losing track of time while you're busy with the animals or whatever. Farmers are up before dawn, they're watching the clock constantly because their whole day runs on routine.
What gets me is the location too. Nebraska has had a fair few of these reports over the years, something about that flat open landscape I reckon, nowhere to hide if something's up there looking down.
Has anyone seen if he mentioned anything physical afterwards? Marks on the skin, nosebleeds, that kind of thing. In my experience reading through these accounts the physical stuff is often what separates the genuine cases from confusion or tiredness. Would love to see if there's any follow up reporting on this one. Anyone got a link to the original story?
