Didn't see it myself, I'm over in Warwickshire so a bit far for a Tuesday night drive, but the formation you're describing rings a bell from a report someone posted on here about 18 months back over rural Indiana - same triangular cluster, same slow drift north then just gone.
Anyone pulled the MUFON logs for that date yet? Because if there's no entry within 48 hours it usually means either nobody filed or something got quietly removed, and both of those are interesting in their own right.
Also worth checking if theres a ley line corridor running through that part of Ohio, I know it sounds left-field but the correlation between telluric energy routes and UAP sighting clusters is genuinely hard to dismiss once you've mapped a few dozen cases. Post the coordinates if you have them and I'll have a look.
