Did anyone else see that interview with the Travis Walton guy and notice the details that never make it into the documentaries?

Yeah this has been bugging me for ages. The documentaries always lean hard into the same handful of moments - the polygraph, the fire lookout job, the initial abduction night. But there's so much in the longer interviews that just gets quietly dropped.

The stuff about what he actually observed inside, the apparent passage of time feeling completely non-linear, the way he described other beings that weren't the typical greys - none of that makes the cut apparently.

I reckon the documentary format actively flattens these cases. Producers want a clean narrative arc and anything that complicates that or doesn't fit the expected template gets left on the floor.

Walton is still doing interviews and the detail in the recent ones is way more interesting than the 90s Fire in the Sky stuff everyone keeps recycling. Anyone watched his appearance on that podcast from last year, think it was somewhere around 3 hours long? He gets into things he clearly hasn't talked about publicly much before. Would be curious what details other people caught that stood out.
