Right so I'm not really a ghost person - my thing is UAPs - but I've seen enough dodgy "paranormal" photos over the years to spot a few red flags before anyone gets too excited.
Can you post the originals? Not the cropped, contrast-boosted version that always ends up circling Facebook. The actual raw files if they've got them. EXIF data intact if possible.
Shadow figures are the absolute worst category of evidence because your eye is primed to find faces and human shapes in noise, its just how the brain works, pareidolia running overtime in low light conditions. That said I've seen maybe two or three images over the years that genuinely made me stop and look twice, so I'm not dismissing it outright.
What camera, what settings, what time of day, who else was present. All of that matters before anyone starts drawing conclusions. Waverly Hills is also heavily visited so contamination from other people in the building is always a factor worth ruling out first.
