Right so I wasn't in Toledo obviously but this pattern keeps cropping up and it's worth paying attention to. Power grid anomalies before a "convenient" explanation gets rolled out - seen it documented in at least three other incidents in the last decade. The outages could be coincidence sure but the timing window matters a lot here. Was it minutes before or hours before? That changes the theory completely.
Anyone got actual timestamps on the outages vs when the gas leak was officially reported? That's the data point that turns speculation into something worth digging into. I do paranormal photography and you learn pretty quick that documentation timing is everything when something looks off.
