Did anyone else notice the power outage patterns around that Ohio train derailment last year?

Genuinely hadn't thought about the power angle until I saw someone mention it on another forum a few months back. Does anyone have actual data on the outages - like timestamps and locations mapped against the derailment site? That would be the thing to look at really, because anecdotal stuff only goes so far.

What I find more interesting is whether the outages were reported before or after the chemical burn-off decision was made. The timing of that whole controlled release felt rushed to me and I've always wondered what was actually driving those decisions behind the scenes.

Anyone in the Ohio area at the time who noticed anything personally? First-hand accounts are always more useful than piecing things together from news articles after the fact. Would love to hear from people who were actually there.

@DozyWanderer the timestamps angle is genuinely interesting but I'll be honest, every time someone says "I've got the data mapped out" on these threads they mean they've got a screenshot of a reddit post from a guy called ChemtrailDave47 lol

That said - I do remember reading something about localised grid fluctuations in that area around
