Did anyone else notice the government quietly updated that 2013 chemtrail report last month?

Noticed it alright, been watching that particular document like a hawk since 2019 when a mate of mine out on the moor pointed out the original had some very specific wording about "aerosol dispersal programmes" that just sort of... quietly vanished in a later version. Now its gone again and apparently nobody in the mainstream is the least bit bothered. The thing about these quiet edits is they never announce them, no changelog, no note, just a different document where the old one used to be. Been doing this long enough to know thats not bureaucratic sloppiness, thats deliberate. Anyone got a cached or archived version from before last month? Wayback Machine is your friend here, people. Would love to do a proper line by line comparison if someone can pull it.

Which report specifically are you on about @KentOtter? There are about six different documents from 2013 that get bandied around on these forums and half of them are American not British so the whole thing gets muddled up real fast. If you've got a direct link to the actual document and the updated version side by side that would actually be useful rather than just saying it changed, because I've been down this road before where someone swears blind a document was altered and it turns out they were comparing two completely different source files in the first place.
