Did anyone else notice the FAA flight restrictions that went up right before the Utah desert incident last month?

Right so I'm not normally one for the government cover-up stuff, more of a ghosts and cryptids person myself, but this one actually got my attention when someone in another forum flagged it up.

The timing is what bothers me. Flight restrictions going up before an incident rather than after is pretty hard to explain away as routine isn't it. You put restrictions up AFTER something happens, not before. Unless you already know something is going to happen, or you're the one making it happen.

Can anyone actually confirm the exact timestamps on when the NOTAMs were filed versus when the incident was reported publicly? Because thats the bit I want to see with my own eyes before I form any opinions on it. Screenshots, official docs, anything.

Also did anyone on the ground in that area notice anything in the days leading up to it? Increased traffic, unusual vehicles, that sort of thing. Would be good to hear from people who were actually nearby rather than just people like me theorising from a laptop in Pendle.
