Yeah I clocked this. The restrictions went up with basically no explanation and then quietly disappeared a few days later. Classic playbook.
What gets me is the timing - there'd been reports of unusual lights over that area the week before. Bit of a coincidence that, isn't it.
I've been trying to cross-reference the NOTAM data with some of the eyewitness stuff coming out of the local forums over there but it's slow going, I'm no expert with that kind of data. If anyone here knows how to properly read NOTAM filings I'd genuinely appreciate the help.
Anyone else digging into this or have more detail on exactly which coordinates were restricted? The general "Nevada site" stuff I've seen shared around is a bit vague and I want to make sure we're all talking about the same location before this thread goes down a rabbit hole.
