Saw this mentioned on another board and yeah it's odd. The restriction was listed under some vague "Special Activity" designation which basically tells you nothing, that's kind of the point isn't it.
The timing is what gets me. There were a few reports around the same period of unusual lights near Tonopah which is already sketchy territory given the history out there. Could be completely unrelated but could also not be.
Does anyone have the actual NOTAM numbers? I tried pulling them myself but they'd already dropped off the public records by the time I looked. Convenient.
Not saying it's anything massive but the pattern of short-duration restrictions with no follow-up explanation keeps happening out there and nobody in the mainstream seems remotely bothered by it. Would be good to know if anyone on here actually tracked it in real time before it disappeared.
