Did anyone else notice the FAA flight restrictions that popped up over Dugway the same week as those Utah lights?

Yeah I noticed this and it bugged me for days. The timing was just too neat - you don't slap a TFR over Dugway Proving Ground on a random Tuesday unless something happened or was about to happen. That place already operates under a blanket of secrecy on a good day.

What really got me was the radius. I pulled the NOTAM data when someone posted it on another forum and the restricted zone was bigger than what you'd normally see for routine testing exercises. They do those regularly and the airspace notices are usually fairly modest in scope. This one was different.

The Utah lights themselves are worth a separate thread honestly but the two things happening in the same week in the same general region, that's not something I'm willing to chalk up to coincidence without at least asking questions.

Has anyone actually mapped the approximate origin point of the lights against the TFR boundary? Would be really interested to see if they overlap or if we're looking at two separate events that just happened to cluster. Someone with better GIS skills than me should take a crack at it.
