Did anyone else notice the FAA flight restrictions that popped up over Dugway last month?

Dugway getting a TFR is about as surprising as finding sand in the Sahara, but I'll admit the timing on this one was a bit odd given what a few lads over on r/UFOs were posting around the same date. Anyone cross-reference the restriction coordinates with any of the sensor readings from that week? I've been loosely tracking interdimensional activity reports for years now and theres a pattern where these no-fly zones tend to drop right after a cluster of Hessdalen-type light sightings in the area, probably coincidence, probably not. Would love to know if anyone on here has actual ATC contacts or access to the NOTAM archive because the official explanation of "military exercises" is doing a lot of heavy lifting as usual.
