Caught this one actually. The restriction went up with almost no notice and lasted about 72 hours if I remember right. What struck me was the altitude ceiling - it was unusually high for a standard military exercise notice, way above what you'd normally see for ground-based testing activity.
Dugway has been quietly expanding its operations since at least 2019 based on satellite imagery comparisons a few people on here have posted. The TFR timing matched up with some anomalous radar returns that were logged by a couple of civilian flight trackers in Utah that same weekend, which I dont think is a coincidence.
Anyone got the raw NOTAM data saved? Worth cross-referencing with any visual reports from the surrounding area. There were a few posts on a Utah outdoors forum mentioning odd lights near Skull Valley around the same dates, though I havent been able to verify those properly yet.
