Did anyone else notice the FAA flight restriction that popped up over Dugway last weekend?

Saw this flagged up on FlightAware over the weekend and I'll be honest, the timing is strange. The restriction window was unusually broad, not just a narrow corridor like you'd expect for a standard test flight, and the altitude ceiling was way higher than what they typically slap on those zones for conventional aircraft testing.

Dugway has a long history of this kind of thing obviously, but what caught my attention was cross-referencing it with some social media posts from people in Tooele County who were reporting low frequency rumbling on Friday night. No storm activity in the area. Nothing on any seismic monitors I could find.

The FAA does publish these TFRs publicly but the designation codes they use can tell you a fair bit if you know what to look for. This one was listed under the same classification used for national security operations rather than military training, which is a meaningful distinction.

Anyone else been digging into this? Would be interested to know if anyone local got anything on camera or picked up anything unusual on a radio scanner that night.
