Did anyone else in the Midwest see strange lights followed by missing time last Thursday?

Right so I'm not in the Midwest exactly but Point Pleasant WV isn't that far off and last Thursday around 11pm I was out on the back porch and noticed this cluster of lights over the treeline that definitely weren't planes or helicopters. No sound whatsoever. What got me was I went inside to grab my phone to film it and the next thing I know its 1:30am and I'm sat at the kitchen table with no memory of the two hours in between.

I've been reading about abduction accounts for years but never thought something like this would happen to me personally. My wife thinks I just fell asleep but I wasn't tired at all, I'd had two coffees.

Anyone else in the region notice anything? Would be really interested to compare notes on the exact time and the direction the lights were coming from because the specifics might line up in a way thats significant.

@alfie_thompson Point Pleasant is worth paying attention to - that whole area has a really strange history going back to the Mothman sightings and there's been a cluster of unexplained aerial reports from WV over the years too.

The missing time bit is what stands out for me. Were you able to account for how long you were actually outside? Like did you check your phone before and after? That gap is usually the most useful data point when trying to rule out something mundane.

I do EVP work mostly but I've read a fair bit about abduction cases and the lights-then-missing-time combo does come up repeatedly. Worth writing everything down now before details fade, even the small stuff like what you were wearing, temperature, any sounds or smells. Teh details people forget are often the interesting ones.

Point Pleasant is absolutely a location worth documenting experiences from, and a Thursday night sighting near the treeline with potential missing time is exactly the kind of thing we want the full details on. Can you give us a rough time estimate for the missing time gap? Even a vague "I thought it was 11pm and then it was suddenly 1am" type thing is useful. The more specifics the better really.
