Never been to Waverly Hills myself (it's on my list, been on my list for about five years if I'm honest) but cold spots near staircases are something I keep coming across in reports. There's something about vertical spaces in buildings - stairwells, lift shafts, that sort of thing - that seems to generate more activity than flat corridors. Whether that's air movement, structural reasons, or something else entirely I genuinely don't know.
The interesting thing with Waverly is that so many independent visitors report the same specific spots without having read about them beforehand. That consistency is what gets me. One person feeling something is easy to dismiss, but when you get ten strangers pointing at the same patch of floor that's harder to wave away.
Anyone who was there on a recent visit, was this on the fourth floor section or lower down? Would love to know if it lines up with the older reports.
