Went there in 2019 and yes, the cold spot was real enough but I'm not convinced it wasn't just a draughty old building doing what draughty old buildings do. What I'd want to know is whether anyone actually logged the temperature differential with a proper thermometer rather than just waving their hands about and going "ooh it's cold here." Because that's not investigation, that's tourism. The basement corridor was far more interesting to me - there were some genuinely odd pressure changes down there that I couldn't attribute to ventilation. Anyone else notice that or were you all too busy photographing orbs on your mobiles.
Did anyone else feel that cold spot near the back staircase at the Lemp Mansion?
