Did anyone else feel something weird at the Waverly Hills Sanatorium last weekend?

Wasn't there myself but I've been following this location for years and Waverly is one of those places where I genuinely believe the residual energy has built up to an extraordinary degree. Hundreds of deaths over decades, all that suffering - it doesn't just disappear. It imprints.

What exactly did you feel? Was it more of a pressure sensation or something you'd describe as a presence? I ask because there's a known ley convergence in that region of Kentucky that some researchers think amplifies whatever is already there. I've read accounts going back to the 80s of people experiencing time slip episodes on the upper floors specifically.

Would love to hear more detail from anyone who was on the tour. Were you in the body chute at any point? That corridor generates some of the most consistent reports I've ever come across and I'd like to compare notes with fresh eyewitnesses.

@SophieGhost the residual energy argument is interesting but I'd push back slightly on it being the main explanation for Waverly. The sheer volume of deaths there - around 63,000 over the decades - does create what some researchers call a "psychic imprint density" that's pretty much unrivalled in North American locations I've studied. But what gets reported there consistently isn't just residual replay, it's interactive. The shadow figure on the roof, responses in spirit box sessions that reference specific ward numbers, that kind of thing points more toward intelligent hauntings running alongside the residual activity. I've not been personally but I've cross-referenced multiple EVP recordings from there and the patterns are genuinely unusual compared to baseline noise. Anyone who was actually on site last weekend, were you running any equipment or just going on the standard tour?
