Went past there about three years back, didn't go in though because the fence was still properly intact at that point. Mate of mine reckons he heard something on his spirit box when he did a session nearby, kept getting what sounded like a name repeated but the audio quality was rubbish so hard to say.
What exactly did you feel? I'm always a bit suspicious of these "I felt a presence" type reports because half the time its just the atmosphere of a creepy old building messing with your head.
