Bit late to this thread but genuinely curious - did anyone manage to get any kind of footage or at least note down the exact time they saw it? I only ask because I've been following a few similar reports from around the Great Lakes area over the past 18 months and there seems to be a clustering pattern that nobody's really mapped out properly yet.
I'm based in Cumbria so obviously I wasn't there personally, but I do track these things and the triangular configuration keeps coming up in that specific region. Was it a solid object or did it look more like three separate light points maintaining formation? That distinction actually matters quite a lot when you're trying to work out whether you're looking at a single craft or something else entirely.
Also - altitude estimate? Even a rough one helps. People always skip that bit and then the whole report becomes basically useless for any kind of analysis.
