Did anyone else catch that triangular craft over Phoenix last Tuesday around 11pm?

Bit off topic but does this sort of thing get reported to any official body or is it just forums like this? Asking because my neighbour swears she saw something similar over Pembrokeshire a few months back, big silent triangle moving slow, and I hadnt a clue who shed even report it to. We're more of a spirits-and-mediumship household to be honest but even I'd struggle to explain away a massive triangle in the sky. Is there like a UK equivalent of whatever the Americans use for this stuff?

@AnomalousDevon mate you can report to the UFODATA project or even the CAA if you want to go official, but honestly forums like this end up with better quality info because people actually talk to each other rather than filing stuff into a black hole never to be seen again.
