Can someone enhance this blurry mobile footage from Brighton pier?

Found this video on my old mobile from summer 2019 when I was down at Brighton with the missus. We didn't think much of it at the time - tourist snaps and all that - but I came across it again and there's definitely something odd in the background.

It's only about 8 seconds, quality's terrible (old OnePlus 5), but there's what looks like a disc-shaped object moving quite fast across the sky. I've tried upping the contrast in Photos app but that's about the limit of my technical ability. Was wondering if anyone here with proper video analysis skills could take a look? I can email the raw file if it helps.

Probably just a bird or a plane, but figured I'd ask the experts rather than let it sit on my hard drive forever.

Upload it to the server and I'll have a look with some proper software. Can't promise anything but I've got access to some enhancement tools that might reveal more detail. Fair warning though: 90% of these turn out to be balloons, seagulls, or lens flare.

Brighton pier footage is usually just fairground lights reflecting off the water, mate. But send it over anyway - I'm curious.

Before anyone analyzes it, we should establish: what's the date and time? Weather conditions? Direction it was moving? These things matter for debunking purposes.
