Right, so there's been some interesting activity documented on Bodmin recently that I wanted to flag for the community. A team did a fairly comprehensive survey across several sites on the moor over the last few months and got some unusual readings. Not conclusive, but worth discussing.

Specifically, there are several areas where they recorded consistent electromagnetic anomalies that don't correlate with power lines or infrastructure. Temperature drops of 8-12 degrees in localized areas with no meteorological explanation. And some genuinely bizarre audio recordings that don't match known wildlife or environmental sounds.

Before anyone gets excited - anomalies don't equal ghosts. Could be underground water, geological features, equipment error, whatever. But it's interesting data that suggests Bodmin's worth more serious investigation than it typically gets. The Beast of Bodmin gets all the attention, but there's clearly something else going on there.

Has anyone here done investigation work on the moor? Want to coordinate on exploring these specific anomaly sites properly?

Been out on Bodmin several times and the atmosphere is genuinely oppressive in certain areas. Not a specific 'haunting' so much as a general sense of wrongness. Probably why the Beast legends started - people felt something amiss and attributed it to a creature. The EM anomalies fit with that. I'd be interested in the audio recordings if the team's willing to share.

This is interesting. EM anomalies warrant proper investigation with qualified instruments and multiple visits to establish baselines. Where exactly on the moor? I might be able to coordinate with some experienced researchers to do follow-up work.

Temperature drops like that could indicate geological features or underground water flow. Before assuming paranormal, worth getting a geologist's opinion. Bodmin's got interesting mineral deposits and geological history. Natural explanations first, then paranormal if nothing fits. Still, good observations overall.

Been wanting an excuse to get back to Bodmin for ages. If there's a coordinated investigation happening, I'm interested. What specific areas are showing the anomalies? And do you have any of the audio? Would help to know what we're looking for.

Bodmin's been on my list. This data makes it more appealing than just Beast hunting. The moor has genuine paranormal history that gets overshadowed by cryptid nonsense. Proper investigation could actually shed light on what's happening there. Let's organize something.
