BBC News just casually mentioned Rendlesham Forest incident - why now?

Did anyone catch the brief mention on BBC News at Ten last night? They were covering some Norfolk heritage story and literally just dropped a 10-second reference to the Rendlesham Forest incident without any context whatsoever. No explanation, no "this was debunked," just... mentioned it like it was weather.

The timing feels odd. Why drag it up now when the whole thing's been quiet for 40 years? I've got a horrible feeling they're testing the waters to see how people react before a bigger announcement. My mate thinks I'm paranoid but this is textbook soft disclosure territory, innit.

Mate, that's just how the BBC works. They mention anything vaguely weird whenever there's a local interest angle. Doesn't mean disclosure is happening tomorrow. Though I'll grant you the timing is a bit curious given the recent parliamentary question about UFO statistics.

Because it's the anniversary season coming up and heritage tourism is big money in Suffolk? Not everything's a conspiracy, though I do think the government deliberately keeps files classified just to avoid embarrassment rather than because of anything genuinely dangerous.

SOFT DISCLOSURE CONFIRMED. I've been saying this for years. They're easing us in gently so we don't all panic. Next they'll mention Borley Rectory on Countryfile, then before you know it they're admitting contact with non-terrestrial intelligences on Love Island.

Can someone actually link the footage? I watched the news last night and must've missed it, or was it the regional bulletin?
