Hadn't heard much about the Howler for years then suddenly three separate reports in the last few months, all from around the Arkansas/Missouri border area. Something's definitely going on.
I've been into EVP work mainly but cryptid sightings have always interested me on the side. What strikes me is how consistent the descriptions are - that low rumbling howl that people say you feel more than hear. That detail keeps coming up across witnesses who probably never spoke to each other.
Anyone got recordings or photos from recent sightings? Even poor quality stuff is worth looking at. I've seen blurry images dismissed too quickly before when thier was actually something worth examining properly.
What's driving the uptick do you reckon - more people out in those woods, or actual increased activity?
