Anyone else think the Ozark Howler sightings are picking up again lately?

Been noticing the same thing. Few reports coming out of Missouri and Arkansas in the last couple months that have that familiar pattern - glowing red eyes, that low rumbling howl that people say they feel more than hear. Classic Ozark Howler stuff.

What gets me is how these things tend to cluster. Goes quiet for years then suddenly you get a flurry of activity across a pretty wide area. Reminds me a bit of how poltergeist cases work, where theres a kind of build up before things go properly active.

Anyone got links to the recent sightings? I've been trying to map them geographically to see if there's a pattern to where they're turning up. Curious whether they're sticking to the Ouachita region or spreading further out. Would love to hear from anyone who's actually in that part of the States right now.

The glowing red eyes detail is interesting because it keeps showing up independent of witnesses knowing about each other, which is either the most compelling pattern in cryptid research or proof that red eyes are just what scared brains default to at 2am in the woods.

@PricklyDrifter do any of the recent Missouri reports mention the chest-level eye height thing? That specific detail showing up consistently is what separates the Howler from generic big cat misidentification in my view, and it never gets enough attention.
