Interesting location for repeat sightings. The Ozarks have had a surprisingly consistent trail of big cat reports going back decades, well before anyone was taking it seriously online.
Three times in a month though - that's not random wandering, that suggests a territory. Black colouration in big cats is melanistic, and melanistic mountain lions do exist even if the authorities are reluctant to admit viable populations of any kind east of the Rockies. What you're describing fits the profile.
What's the rough terrain like where you're seeing it? Heavily wooded, open scrub, near water? And approximate size relative to anything nearby when you spotted it - a fence post, a vehicle, anything. That detail matters enormously if you want anyone to take the report seriously.
I've been following British big cat sightings for thirty years now and the pattern you're describing - same general area, multiple sightings within a compressed timeframe - is often the most credible kind. Would genuinely like to hear more detail.
