This is exactly what I've been trying to document in my own house in Cardiff. Mine started with the cabinet above the hob - just one specific cabinet, not all of them, which I find really interesting. Always between 2:45 and 3:15am, never outside that window.
Has anyone tried setting up a camera to catch it? I've been meaning to rig up my old GoPro but I'm not sure what settings would be best for low light footage. Also wondering if temperature drops are happening at the same time - I read somewhere that poltergeist activity can cause measurable cold spots and I want to know if thats actually something people have recorded with a proper thermometer or if its more of a felt thing.
Does it happen every night for you or is it sporadic? Mine went quiet for about two weeks then started back up again last Tuesday.
