Mate, my Zoom H5 has been absolutely cooking since those X-class flares - three sessions in a row with Class A responses, which never happens in Aberdeen because apparently even the spirits find it too drizzly up here.
Been running parallel sessions with my old Olympus WS-853 as a control recorder and the contrast is wild. The H5 is pulling in layered, almost conversational responses whilst the Olympus is getting maybe background hiss at best. Whether that's equipment sensitivity or something genuinely anomalous I genuinely cannot say, but the timing lines up too neatly to ignore.
My working theory - and I know this divides opinion - is that elevated geomagnetic activity is essentially lowering the veil, which tracks with what researchers like Vince Wilson have suggested about electromagnetic fields and spirit communication. The Kp index hit 8 during my best session. Make of that what you will.
What I'd love to know:
Are those of you on ley line intersections seeing amplified results compared to neutral locations?, Has anyone cross-referenced their best captures with NOAA's solar event logs?, Any difference between indoor vs. outdoor sessions during active periods?
Genuinely think we're sitting on something significant here if enough of us pool data systematically rather than just marvelling at individual captures. Drop your results below - timestamps, location type, equipment, Kp index if you logged it. Let's actually build something with this rather than let it disappear into the usual anecdote pile.
