Anyone else noticed cold spots always happen in the same corner of old buildings?

Yes! This has been bugging me for ages. I've visited a few old manor houses and churches down here in Dorset and the cold spots are almost never random, they're consistently in the same corner or alcove every single time you visit. I've started wondering whether it has less to do with ghostly presence and more to do with where ley lines intersect beneath the building. There's some research suggesting that earth energy points can create measurable temperature drops at ground level, and old builders often constructed along these routes deliberately.

That said I'm not ruling out the traditional explanation either. Could be both things happening at once, energy attracting energy so to speak.

Has anyone actually mapped the cold spots in a building they investigate regularly against any kind of grid or ley line map? I'd love to know if thier locations line up with anything. Would be a proper fascinating project if someone with more technical kit than me wanted to take it on.
