Genuinely thought I was imagining this but no, same thing happens to me up here in Whitby. Did a session at the abbey ruins last October, full moon, and the EVPs were practically conversational compared to the usual static soup I get. My mate thinks its just confirmation bias because you're more hyped up and pay more attention on a full moon night, which is fair enough, but I've started logging lunar phases alongside my recordings just to see if the pattern holds. Three months of data so far and the full moon sessions are consistently cleaner. Could be atmospheric, could be something weirder - anyone actually looked into whether geomagnetic activity peaks around full moons because that might explain it better than "the spirits are feeling chatty."
