Didn't see that one myself but I'm curious - did it look anything like what people reported back during the original Phoenix Lights incident in '97? I've been trying to cross-reference newer sightings with that event for a while now. I live in Point Pleasant so I'm not exactly close by, but I have a contact out near Scottsdale who mentioned seeing something odd around that same time last week and I've been trying to get more details out of her.
Was it a slow moving formation or more stationary? And roughly what time did you spot it? The timestamp matters a lot when you're trying to rule out conventional explanations like military exercises from Luke AFB. That base runs night operations fairly regular and the triangle shape does get misidentified sometimes, but the way witnesses describe the original Phoenix Lights - that dead silent glide - that's the thing you can't really explain away so easily.
