Didn't catch it live but my mate texted me about something over Harrogate on the same night, which is obviously miles away but the timing lines up. He said three lights in a loose triangle formation, slow moving, no sound. Now I'm wondering if anyone logged the Phoenix sighting with a proper timestamp because I want to cross-reference it against what he described.
Was it a fixed triangle shape or were the lights shifting position relative to each other? That distinction matters a lot. Fixed formation points toward a single craft or structured object, whereas lights drifting independently suggests something else entirely. Also what altitude would you estimate, and were they constant brightness or pulsing?
Trying to build up a proper picture here. If there were two separate sightings on the same night that's worth documenting properly rather than just leaving in a forum thread.
