Anyone else notice the weird triangular lights over Lake Michigan last Thursday night?

Bit off topic but hoping someone here can help. I've been into earth mysteries for decades and UAP isn't really my usual patch, but something my daughter showed me last week has got under my skin a bit. She lives near the lake and filmed something on her mobile - three lights holding a perfect triangle, completely static, then they just vanished all at once. No noise, no drift, nothing gradual.

What I want to know is whether the triangle formation is consistent with what people have documented over large bodies of water generally, or whether its specific to Michigan for some reason. I've seen suggestions that deep geological features can produce EM effects but I've never seen that applied to triangular UAP specifically. Anyone with more background in this area got thoughts? Not looking for "it was a drone" responses, she knows what drones look like.
