Anyone else notice the weird triangular craft over Lake Michigan last Tuesday night?

Bit of a random one but did anyone manage to get footage or were you all just stood there gawping like me? I saw something over Bristol a few weeks back that had the same triangular silhouette and I've been trying to work out if these things follow ley lines or specific flight corridors or something. The Lake Michigan sighting is miles away obviously but the shape sounds identical to what I clocked. Was it completely silent? The one I saw made no sound at all which is what properly freaked me out. Trying to piece together a pattern here if anyone's got coords or rough headings from the sighting.
