Not my area at all (I'm more of a ghost hunting person) but my mate in Evanston sent me a video Thursday night and honestly I don't know what to make of it. The lights were doing this kind of triangular formation thing and then just stopped moving completely for like a minute before splitting apart.
My question is - do UAP sightings over large bodies of water get reported differently to MUFON or wherever? Like is there a specific database for aquatic UAP? I'm trying to figure out where my mate should actually submit this footage because I don't want it to just disappear into some inbox nobody checks. Also wondering if the fact it was over water changes how people analyse the movement patterns, because presumably theres no terrain reference points or whatever.
Anyone with more UAP experience able to point me in the right direction here?
