Anyone else notice the weird lights over Lake Michigan last Thursday around 11pm?

Bit late to this thread but I had to ask - did anyone manage to get video? I only ask because my nephew in Chicago sent me a blurry photo on his mobile and honestly it looks like three lights in a triangle formation which is exactly what keeps coming up in other Lake Michigan reports from the last few years. I'm in London so obviously I wasn't there myself but I've been looking into the UAP stuff for about a year now and the triangle formation over large bodies of water seems to be a pattern that doesn't get talked about enough. Was it moving or just hovering? And did it make any sound at all because thats the detail that usually separates the interesting cases from someone filming an aeroplane like a muppet.
